Easy Potatoes – Waterless Cooked Potatoes

Use these potatoes as you would a boiled potato in salads, mashed, etc.

4 Medium sized potatoes, scrubbed and quartered.

Place potatoes in 2 quart pot, rinse, drain and cover.

Cook on Medium Heat until water seal is formed with lid.

Reduce heat to low and cook for an addition 8 – 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to sit, covered for about 15 minutes or until tender.

Note: Some waterless cookware users have told us that they place a couple of paper towels in the bottom of the pan to catch some of the starch that comes out of the potatoes which might tend to brown on the bottom of the pot.
